Az EA-ACR kezel\u00e9st k\u00f6vet\u0151en viselked\u00e9ses v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sokat figyeltek meg. A hippocampusban a szerotonin receptor v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sait m\u00e9rt\u00e9k (Western blot m\u00f3dszerrel \u00e9s szerotonin antagonist\u00e1t injekt\u00e1l\u00e1ssal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eredm\u00e9nyek<\/strong>:<br>Az EA-ACR <strong>jav\u00edtotta a depresszi\u00f3-szer\u0171 viselked\u00e9st<\/strong>, <strong>n\u00f6velte a szerotonin 5-HT1AR expresszi\u00f3j\u00e1t<\/strong>, \u00e9s <strong>cs\u00f6kkentette a 5-HT2AR expresszi\u00f3j\u00e1t a hippocampusban<\/strong>. \u00c9rdekess\u00e9g, hogy t\u00f6bb SSRI t\u00edpus\u00fa antidepressz\u00e1ns is r\u00e9szben ezen a szerotonin receptor-rendszeren kereszt\u00fcl fejti ki hat\u00e1s\u00e1t.<br>Amikor azonban a hippocampusba 5-HT1A receptor antagonista ker\u00fclt bead\u00e1sra, az EA-ACR m\u00e1r nem jav\u00edtotta a depresszi\u00f3-szer\u0171 viselked\u00e9st.
