Ezt szeretn\u00e9m ebben az \u00edr\u00e1somban szakmailag alaposabban is k\u00f6r\u00fclj\u00e1rni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A f\u00fclkagyl\u00f3t (<em>auricula<\/em>) agyidegek \u00e9s gerincvel\u0151i idegek is egyar\u00e1nt beidegzik.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mag\u00e1t a f\u00fclkagyl\u00f3 hall\u00f3j\u00e1rat k\u00f6rny\u00e9ki r\u00e9sz\u00e9t a X. agyideg, a <em>nervus vagus<\/em> (\u00e1br\u00e1n z\u00f6ld) egyik \u00e1ga somato-sensorosan idegzi be (k\u00f6zpontja a <em>nucleus descendens nervi trigemini<\/em>), aminek egy m\u00e1sik \u00e1ga viscero-motorosan beidegzi a nyel\u0151cs\u00f6vet, a gyomrot, a hasny\u00e1lmirigyet, a m\u00e1jat, a ves\u00e9t, a v\u00e9konybelet, a szivet, a t\u00fcd\u0151t, a vastagb\u00e9l egy r\u00e9sz\u00e9t (k\u00f6zpontja a <em>nucleus tractus solitarii<\/em>). A <em>nucleus solitarii<\/em> m\u00e1s <em>nucleus<\/em>okkal (idegi magok) monoszimpatikus \u00f6sszek\u00f6ttet\u00e9sben \u00e1llnak.<sup>1<\/sup> Ez a k\u00f6z\u00f6s X. agyideg lehet\u00a0az egyik anat\u00f3miai magyar\u00e1zat a f\u00fclkagyl\u00f3n t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 beavatkoz\u00e1sok sokr\u00e9t\u0171 hat\u00e1s\u00e1nak.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tov\u00e1bbi agyidegek vesznek r\u00e9szt a f\u00fclkagyl\u00f3 idegi beh\u00e1l\u00f3z\u00e1s\u00e1ban:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><em>nervus auriculotemporalis<\/em> ideg (a <em>nervus trigeminus nervus mandibularis<\/em> \u00e1g\u00e1b\u00f3l) (piros),<\/li>\n<li><em>nervus occipitalis minor<\/em> \u00a0(<em>cervicalis plexus<\/em>b\u00f3l)\u00a0(k\u00e9k),<\/li>\n<li><em>nervus\u00a0auricularis magnus<\/em> (<em>cervicalis plexus<\/em>b\u00f3l) (s\u00e1rga)<\/li>\n<li><em>nervus facialis<\/em> (a pontos \u00e1ga m\u00e9g nem tiszt\u00e1zott) (elsz\u00f3rtan).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sz\u00e1mos f\u00fclakupunkt\u00far\u00e1val, f\u00fclreflexol\u00f3gi\u00e1val foglalkoz\u00f3 szakember felt\u00e9telez\u00e9se szerint a f\u00fclkagyl\u00f3b\u00f3l az inform\u00e1ci\u00f3 a retikul\u00e1ris form\u00e1ci\u00f3s rendszeren kereszt\u00fcl megy az agyba, r\u00e1ad\u00e1sul a cortexbe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Az az \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos elk\u00e9pzel\u00e9s, hogy a f\u00fcl \u00e9s a szervek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt a retikul\u00e1ris form\u00e1ci\u00f3s (RF) rendszer \u00fagy tart kapcsolatot, hogy az RF a cortex megfelel\u0151 projekci\u00f3s ter\u00fcleteinek k\u00fcld \u00fczeneteket.
